Whipped Cream

2 oz Apple Schnapps
1 oz Cream of Coconut
1 oz Half and Half

Blend all ingredients with 2 cups crushed ice at high speed. Pour into highball glass and serve with a straw. Garnish with an apple slice and a cherry.

Apple Granny Crisp

1 oz Apple Schnapps
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Graham Cracker Crumbs

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve topped with whipped cream and cinnamon

Apple River Inner Tube

1 oz Brandy
1 oz Creme de Cacao (brown)
1 1/2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Combine ingredients and blend with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into parfait glass and garnish with half a spiced apple ring.

Apricot Cream Spritz

3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Apricot Nectar
1/4 cup Crushed Ice
2 tbsp Apricot-flavored Brandy
2 cup Sparkling Wine

Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth. Pour equal amounts into 6 large, red wine glasses. Add 1/3 cup wine to each glass. Makes 6 servings.

Banana Daiquiri

1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1 tbsp Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 Medium, sliced Banana

Blend with 1 cup crushed ice until smooth. Pour into champagne flute and garnish with a cherry.

Banana Di Amore

1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Creme de Banana Liqueur
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Sour Mix

Banana Foster

2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
1 Medium Banana

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into large brandy snifter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bay City Bomber

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Orange Juice

1/4 oz 151-proof Rum

Blend ingredients except 151-proof rum with 1 cup crushed ice until smooth. Pour into parfait glass and float 151-proof rum on top. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

Beach Bum's Cooler

1 1/4 oz Irish Cream
1/4 oz Banana Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Pina Colada Mix
3/4 oz Light Rum

Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into parfait glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and a paper umbrella.

1 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur

1 oz Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz Vodka

Brass Fiddle

2 oz Peach Schnapps
3/4 oz Tennessee Whisky
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Grenadine

Blend first four ingredients with ice until smooth. Pour frozen mixture into a parfait glass that has been swirled with grenadine. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.

Bunky Punch

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Melon Liqueur

3/4 oz Irish Cream Liqueur

Cavanaugh's Special

1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Creme de Cacao (white)
1 oz Amaretto
2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Pour coffee liqueur in snifter and set aside. Blend next 3 ingredients with ice cubes until smooth as milk shake, and then pour over coffee liqueur. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.

Champagne Cornucopia

1 oz Cranberry Juice
2 scoop Rainbow Sherbet
1 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Champagne

Pour cranberry juice into oversized red-wine glass. Blend sherbet, vodka, and schnapps until smooth. Pour over cranberry juice to produce swirl effect and layer champagne on top. Garnish with an orange slice.

1/2 oz Half and Half
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao (white)

1 Medium Banana (cut in pieces)
10 oz Club Soda
2/3 oz Orange Juice Concentrate
2/3 cup Milk
1/2 cup Dark Rum

3 tbsp Brown Sugar

Blend with 1/2 cup crushed ice until smooth. Pour into collins glasses. Makes 4-6 servings.

8 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
1/2 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz Amaretto

1 1/2 oz Light Rum

1 tbsp Passion Fruit Juice

1/2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur

2 oz Pineapple Juice

Tequila Frost

1 1/4 oz Tequila
1 1/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1 1/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Honey
1/2 oz Grenadine
2 oz Vanilla Ice Cream

Tidal Wave

1 1/4 oz Melon Liqueur
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
1 1/2 oz Sour Mix
1/2 oz Light Rum

Tidbit

1 oz Gin
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 dash Dry Sherry

Blend ingredients at low speed and pour into highball glass.

Trolley Car

1 1/4 oz Amaretto
2 oz Fresh Strawberries
2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
